Hello! I’m Zack Lane, co-owner of Collections Coffee Co. and a proud coffee enthusiast. My journey in the coffee world began at Texas Coffee School in Arlington, Texas, where I received formal education in all things coffee from the rich history of the bean to the intricate cultivation methods practiced across the globe. I’ve learned the chemistry behind crafting the perfect cup and even the composition of the water that runs through the bean, ensuring that every shot pulled from our state of the art espresso machine is nuanced, balanced, and absolutely delicious.

But coffee is more than just a craft for me; it’s a passion intertwined with my love for music. Alongside my wife, Alexis, we channel our artistic backgrounds into every cup we serve, making sure that each experience is memorable, delightful, and uniquely ours. Music has always been a part of my life, and it’s through this lens that we approach coffee carefully blending art and precision to create a harmonious experience for every guest.

Our own love story began over a cup of coffee on our first date. For us, coffee is more than just a drink, it’s an experience that brings people together. After all, love and coffee are often the beginning of many journeys, culminating in marriage. What could be more poetically justified than love and coffee, the two things that unite so many people, and now, we get to share that same connection with others on their special day.
